Regulations of the joinby.me website:

1.General provisions
1.1. These Regulations set out the rules for using the “joinby.me” social networking site (hereinafter referred to as the “website”) available at the internet address https://joinby.me.
1.2. The administrator of the website is the company: Gigantic MC based in Zwoleń, ul.Św.Anny 23, NIP: 8111293601 (hereinafter referred to as the “administrator”).
1.3. Using the Website means acceptance of these Regulations and commitment to comply with it.

Annexes constituting an integral part of these Regulations:
1. Privacy policy – published on the page: Privacy-policy
2. Payment privacy policy/return on the page: Payment Privacy Policy/Return
2. Cookies-published on the page: Cookie policy

2.The terms used in the regulations mean:
2.a) Website – means a website located at www.joinby.me through which electronic services are provided;
2.b) User – an adult natural person, a natural person conducting business activity, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, whose act grants legal capacity, which uses services provided electronically by the Website;
2.c) User Account – an individual user profile created on the Website after registration;
2.d) Contents – all content provided by users on the Website, such as texts, photos, videos, etc.;
2.e) Administrator – Gigantic, website owner;
2.f) Listing – this is an entry created by the user as completed by completing the forms on joinby.me/submit-listing ;
2.g) Regulations – these regulations referred to in art. 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (vol. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219), specifying the rules of using the Website;
2.i) Contract – contract for the provision of electronic services, concluded between the Administrator and the User, under the conditions set out in these Regulations;

3.Rules for using the services of the website
3.1. The user using joinby.me confirms that he has read the content of the regulations and accepts its provisions, and thus undertakes to comply with the rules;
3.2. The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable law in a given country, social and moral norms, the provisions of these Regulations and the principles of ethics;
3.3. The user must be an adult;
3.4. By adding his own announcement in his profile, the user is responsible for its content, and that may result from this content legal consequences;
3.5. The website does not tolerate added entries that contain:

3.5.a) Competitive websites,
3.5.b) Posted many times with the same or similar content,
3.5.c) Advertising of various types of products for sale, without the prior consent of the website administrator,
3.5.d) Announcements contrary to the nature of the website.

In the event of failure to comply with the regulations, the Administrator may:

3.5.e) The administrator may correct the content of the entry so that it remains in line with the regulations.
3.5.f) Refuse to publish,
3.5.g) The administrator may delete a given entry that violates the rules,
3.5.h) The administrator may block the account and IP number of the User in situations of renewing cases of breaking the regulations. To clarify.

4.Registration conditions
4.1. Registration on the Website is only possible for adults.
4.2. A person who wants to register on the Website is obliged to provide real personal data.
4.3. Each user can have only one user account.

5.Registration procedure
5.1. To register on the Website, the user should go through the registration process;
5.2. During registration, the user should enter his unique username (NICK) and a real e-mail address;
5.3. After the registration process, the user receives confirmation of registration to the e-mail address provided, with a link to create his own password that the user will use when logging in to the Website;

6.Description of the services rendered
6.1. When registering, the User accepts the Regulations and agrees to the processing of his own personal data in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy https://joinby.me/privacy-policy;
6.2. The site allows guests and registered users to present and view entries of registered people. Registered users are able to send the reservation form to the meeting;
6.3. Viewing the contents of the joinby.me website is free;
6.4. Guests can register free of charge on the Website and thus set up their own user account;
6.5 The registered user has access to some resources and functionality of the website inaccessible to unregistered users/guests.

7.Membership / Payments
7.1. To receive more functions, change the Plan “Silver” or “Gold”;
7.2. Description of the membership plan, which he receives after purchase, is given in the table in prices on the website: Pricing Plans. You can check without account registration;
7.3. Upon the expiration of an active membership plan, added listings are automatically deactivated and enter a pending state for renewal. Users have the option to purchase a new membership plan, which will allow them to reactivate the deactivated listings;
7.4. After paying, the new member level will change automatically;
7.5. Purchase can be carried out via a payment card or a quick online transfer;
7.6. joinby.me does not store the payment card numbers of its users, because we use proven, secure payment systems from external companies.

8.Service provision period
8.1. The provision of services begins at the time the User is correctly registered or in the case of using the Services offered by the Website;
8.2. The user may delete his own account on the site at any time, using the appropriate link, but the  fees before deleting the account will not be returned if 14 days have passed after the purchase.  See the return policy Return policy.
8.3 When the user deletes the account, all user data is irreversibly deleted. According to the privacy policy of the joinby.me website. The contract is considered terminated for reasons assigned to the user;
8.4. A user who is a consumer who violates the provisions of these Regulations may be called by the Administrator to cease violations;
8.5. In the event of a notification of a cessation of violation of the regulations, and the user will continue to break the terms of the joinby.me website, the Administrator reserves the right to delete this account, which is tantamount to immediate solution. Contract for reasons assigned to the user;
8.6.The administrator reserves the right to stop providing services immediately if the user:
8.6.a) Deliberately violates the provisions of the regulations;
8.6.b) Performs unlawful actions;
8.6.c) Has objected to the processing of his personal data, in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy;
8.6.d) User’s activities are aimed at violating data security on the website or an unauthorized attempt to access the website;

9.Responsibility
9.1. The Administrator is not responsible for any damage caused by users of false, outdated or incomplete data;
9.2. The Administrator is not responsible for the User’s use of the Website in a manner contrary to the provisions of these Regulations;
9.3. The administrator is not responsible for damages suffered by users as a result of “Higher Force” events within the meaning of Polish law;
9.4. The service administrator is not responsible for any losses, damages, fraud, or other inconveniences resulting from interactions between users, including situations where another user may turn out to be a fraudster or fails to show up for a scheduled meeting.
9.5. The service is not responsible for enforcing agreements between users or resolving disputes between them. In case of any issues, users should contact the other party directly or use the appropriate dispute resolution institutions.
9.6. The service does not control or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of content posted by users and is not responsible for any damages resulting from such content.
9.7. The User is responsible for placing on the Website unlawful content or violating moral norms, illustrating or promoting violence, hatred, discrimination (racial, cultural, ethnic, religious or philosophical, etc.), violating personal rights or offending the dignity of others;
9.8. The user declares that all the data he entered into joinby.me is true. The contact details and photos apply to the author of the entry or person with consent and on its behalf is published. The content and data contained in the entry in no way violate the rights of the third parties;

9.9. By adding an entry, the user agrees to:
9.a) Disseminating its content, photos, video and contact details by publishing on the website joinby.me;
9.b) Correction of content or removal of part of the entry by the Administrator or Moderator to improve or remove errors related to spelling rules;
9.c) Correction of content or removal of part of the entry by the Administrator or Moderator in the event of a violation of the Website Regulations.

10.Complaint
10.1. Complaints should be directed via email sent to the following address: admin@joinby.me;
10.2. The content of the complaint should include: the name and surname of the Applicant, E -Mail address of the user, description of the reservations;
10.3. If the data or information provided in the complaint requires supplementation, the Administrator will ask the user to complete them in the indicated scope before considering the complaint;
10.4 The Administrator will respond to a correctly submitted complaint within 14 business days;
10.5 The response to the complaint is sent only to the user’s e-mail address provided during the first contact with us;
10.6 The administrator’s lack of response within 14 days causes the complaint to recognize (this period applies to the complaint from the consumer).

11.Final Provisions
11.1. These regulations come into force when it is published on the website;
11.2. The administrator reserves the right to change the regulations at any time. The changes come into force when the new version of the regulations on the website is published;
11.3. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply;
11.4. Any disputes arising from the use of the website will be resolved by the court competent for the administrator’s seat;
11.5. Each person has the right to disagree with the regulations and give up using the site;
11.6.We will inform users about changes in the Website Regulations within 14 days in advance before they are introduced.
